Universal Ball Valve Lockout Device

Locks Out Almost Any Quarter Turn Valve

Designed to lock out virtually any size and shape ball valve
Device clamps over valve handle; lockout arm ratchets to abut and lock against pipe at any angle**
Accommodates both standard and odd-shaped handles up to 31.8mm thick and 41.3mm wide
Add on the separate lockout arm (No. 479) to lock handles in throttled position and to lock out 3-, 4- and 5-way valves

** When properly applied. Complete the lockout with a Master Lock safety padlock
