| While celebrating
our 75th year in business, it is with great pleasure and pride that
Cecil E. Mayo Pty Ltd and its wholly owned subsidiary companies, Anaesthetic
Supplies Pty Ltd and Viasys (Australia) Pty Ltd, will be undergoing
name and logo changes to take us into the future. The ownership and
structure of the companies will not be affected by these name changes.

| The
Mayogroup, Mayohardware and Mayohealthcare logos have been created
to reflect the values and business activities inherent in each of
the brands. The graphic consists of three arrows in constant motion around an abstract globe. The arrows represent the concept of business in motion, with the importing, distribution and service functions of the companies working together in unison. The arrows’ continuous movement symbolises business adapting to changing demands and consistently delivering effective solutions for clients. The globe represents both the world and an individual client. Each business successfully moves product around the world and provides the services and support appropriate for each and every client.
